At Malwa Eco Crafts, we are committed to providing high-quality eco-friendly products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund

3. Return Pickup

For approved return requests:

  • We provide free return pickup.
  • Our logistics partner will collect the product from your address.
  • Please ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

Customers may also request a replacement instead of a refund.

Once the returned item passes inspection:

  • The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
